1L's Home Learning

Hi 1L,

Once again your parents have been sending in some lovely photos of all the amazing work that you have been doing! Take a look at what some of us have been up to over the Easter holidays and this week!

If you can't see your work here and you'd like me to show it, get an adult in your family to take a photo of it and send it to our class email address below!

Robyn has been working really hard on this weeks Maths. Look at the amazing work she has been doing with money! She'll be doing the shopping for her Mum and Dad soon!

Erin has done lots of great work in her Monster Phonics book over Easter too! Have you been working through your monster phonics book? How many pages have you completed? She has also sent in this lovely piece of writing - what amazing WOW words she has used!

Erin has been doing lots of amazing topic crafts! I love the train she has made - how clever! She has also invented her own animal - a 'Unikey!' Can you see what features it has? Where do you think it lives?

Robyn has worked very hard to make her own animal 'Tooty!' I love the pictures and model of Tooty - Robyn has clearly been working very hard this week! I loved reading your writing about Tooty Robyn!

She describes her animal as looking like a bird "with long legs and wings." Her creature breathes ice and "likes sneaking into dragon's caves to play tricks on them." What a fantastic imagination! Robyn describes Tooty as being an Omnivore - which is a great word from our Topic last term! Can you remember what it means?

Robyn has also been doing some computer magic with her Dad on computer program Scratch. She made an animation with Tooty - What a superstar! Click on the link below to watch it...

Look at Erin, Sophie and Robyn's amazing rainbow pictures! Have you drawn a rainbow to put in your window to say thank you to the amazing key workers and adults in the NHS and other places who are keeping us safe?

Sophie and Erin have been baking again! These look delicious girls! Can we put in an order for when we return to school? I'm sure your classmates would love to try some (and Mrs Larkins and Mrs Ragucci)!
Some beautiful Easter artwork from our talented pupils!
