2LB Autumn Term 2020
Autumn 2
This half term we have started an exciting IPC unit. It is all about different celebrations around the world.
We are going to be focusing on our history and geography skills. As well as that we will be completing Art and Design and technology activities.
To kick start this fantastic topic we had a bonfire party. We used sparklers and created our own mini bonfire in the class room.
Then we made edible sparklers. They were delicious.

Art Day
During art day we focused on our painting skills using Vincent Van Gogh’s Sunflowers painting as a stimulus. Have a look at our fanstatic work.
RE day
RE day was so exciting this term. We focussed on the Jewish Celebration of Rosh Hasanah and Yom Kippur. We followed some of the traditions Jewish people follow during these celebration. We also learnt a story about Jonah, then made mini whales to remind us of the story.
