5/6P Spring term 2020
Welcome to Spring term. We have lots of exciting things happening this term. I know the children will relish every opportunity. We will be having an extra push in preparation for the SATS and the children are already enjoying breakfast club!
Topic
Our topic this term is the Ancient Mayans. We have begun by exploring who the mayans were, where they came from and what they were well known for.

Science
We began each half term with a science week. In the first half term we learnt about the circulatory system and in the second half term we have learnt about forces.

The children are continuing to improve their oracy skills and are answering and asking deeper thinking questions to take their learning forward.
