L.O: To know how to measure capacity.

This week we are learning about measurement! Today we are going to be learning all about capacity! Capacity is how much liquid a container can hold.

I have set you some activities to do on Education City. The first one is a learn screen that reviews how to read ml measurements and understand capacity. The other two activities will test your knowledge of capacity and comparing different measurements. These activities are sequenced so you will have to get at least 80% on the first activity to move onto the next one.

I shall be checking to see who has done it! Good luck!

Challenge:

If you would like a challenge, turn to page 5 of your measurement home work booklet. With your adult, find 3 different empty containers from round your house. Can you put them in order according to their capacity (how much liquid they hold)? Draw them in the squares on your sheet.
