In these strange times it is really important to ensure that you are doing some physical activity every day - dance is a great way to exercise.
We're going to start with the dance from the Autumn term; you were doing brilliantly and you loved it. Remember give some attitude. If you can manage to get someone to video your dance, send it in; I'd love to see some.
DON'T FORGET TO WARM UP AND COOL DOWN - usual routine and very important.
