L.O: To know how to measure the weight of objects.

This week we are learning about measurement! Today we are going to be learning all about Weight! This means how light or heavy an object is.

I have set you some tasks to do on Education City. The first one is a learn screen that reviews how to read scales and understand weight. The next activity will test your knowledge of using scales to measure objects.

I shall be checking to see who has done it! Good luck!

Challenge:

If you would like a challenge, turn to page 4 of your measurement home work booklet. With your helper, find 3 different objects from around your house – for example, a book, a toy, and a cup. Now feel each of them with your hands and see if you can put them in order from heaviest to lightest. Draw them in the squares on the sheet.
